Robert Lee Griffin III, nicknamed RGIII or RG3, is an American former professional football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for eight seasons, most notably with the Washington Redskins. Griffin played college football for the Baylor Bears, winning the Heisman Trophy in 2011.
